She is founding director of Mission Models Money , The Work Room (for independent choreographers in Glasgow), IC: Innovative Craft, and Rose Orange, and on the boards of Scottish Ballet, Sistema Scotland and Jerwood Space. She is a Fuel Catalyst and member of the Cheltenham Jazz Festival Advisory Board.
