We are a consortium founded by Eleanor Ford, Simone Jaeger and Cassie Robinson – www.withagency.com.

A team with academic backgrounds in Anthropology and Visual Anthropology, Design, Positive Psychology, and Well-being. And with practice backgrounds in award-winning entrepreneurship, TV production and film-making, founding and then failing with an International fashion company and diverse cumulative experience in innovation. Cassie from the social innovation and people-centered design sector, Eleanor from the technology innovation and corporate open innovation sectors and Simone from the cultural and sustainable innovation sectors.
