This is an era of massive change.

At the geophysical level, humanity is entering the anthropocene era, as the geophysical system responds to human interaction with it.

And at the level of consciousness, humanity is entering the social era, as we empathically connect together, across boundaries, in global communities of purpose asking Buckminster Fuller’s question of

• How can we make the world work for 100% of humanity?

The interplay between the two is the defining theme of the 21st century.?These is a tectonic shift into a world that has never previously existed.

However many of the primary structures that we created and are immersed in, that define how we interact with the world, are from a previous time.

So everywhere we look we see people re-inventing.

• Re-inventing enterprise
• Re-inventing finance.
• Re-inventing economics.
• Re-inventing education.
• Re-inventing community.
• Re-inventing the good life.

The purpose of 100% is to be a platform to nurture, accelerate, and amplify this re-invention.

Now is the era for humanity to, as Bucky also said, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.
